Did it pay off later?

Not immediately, but I didn't expect it to. She was sick all day, so I mowed the lawn, fed the kids their meals, and went grocery shopping. Watching this movie was the cherry on top of a masterful day of building equity.

What a man.

I saw Sami Blood this Friday. Very interesting story about how Sami people were treated as lesser humans in the 1930s. Maj-Doris Rimpi has the role of her life, and does a great job as an independent young girl. I really liked it.

Certain Women. Extremely accurate to the Montana experience: everyone was very at peace in their circumstances. My wife added something interesting: All the women are taking on work that seems disproportionate to their given roles; she hypothesized that it's because they are all solitary women leading solitary lives. I love Kelly Reichardt.

The story is taken from books and short stories by Maile Meloy, Colin's sister.

Oh wow, I had no idea. This is also a good time for me to reassert my distaste for Colin meloy.

A League of Their Own.
I had not seen it before. Pretty good and definitely a couple famous lines/scenes.

I thought it was allright. I kind of expected more based on the trailer.
