The board's server will undergo upgrade maintenance tonight, Nov 5, 2014, beginning approximately around 10 PM ET. Prepare for some possible down time during this process.
I saw them live in 2007, when Funeral was three years old, and Neon Bible had just been released. The band and the crowd was on fire. I always liked Funeral. To me they have gotten worse every album, and even the much loved The Suburbs has never been much to my liking.
Tickets are on sale today for their London shows - and I thought, well sure, I'll have a gander at them live. Then this album, and they're charging £70 a ticket. That's insane. Pass.

I listened to like the first 6-7 tracks on this today, and I really liked it. I guess my only complaint is that the first few tracks sound a bit same-y in some areas, but I like the sound.
Upon first listen, it's not a complete disaster, though it's certainly their worst. I liked the ending run of tracks; I do think the far and away weak link of the band is Win at this point. I find myself enjoying most of the music on the record but his work on them is more of a drag on the songs. The two Infinite Content songs stop the album in its tracks.
