A-Rod needs to shape the fuck up, and Schilling has one more chance to make a QS or he gets replaced in the rotation by Big Sexy.

I feel like we're not talking enough about these games. Phil scored 29 runs on me! TWENTY NINE

And that's just overshadowing the craziness of your 8-run inning to come back from a 7-1 deficit in game one, capped off by the Walker outfield assist to preserve the win.

I wasn't joking when I said best series ever. That was crazy all around!

I'm reading a history of the Expos right now, and for an organization marked by what-could-have-beens, this is the biggest one to me.

Yeah, that was great.

I guess we can pretty much rule out managers ever using pinch-runners, right? Bottom of the ninth, one-run game, Olerud with a two-out double, Vince Coleman on the bench... nope.

Whew. He was almost going to be my last pick just for that purpose. I think you took him before I could. Thanks Phil!

What's more impressive is it's the wrong Pedro. 1999 was the more dominant option between the franchise tournaments.
