Warner seems to have cemented himself again. As has Marsh. You have to feel for Burns. He had one or two poor games and he's out. Hope Usman cements himself and the selectors opt for Burns at 5 Or 6 at the expense of Voges or MMarsh but I don't think that'll happen this summer.

good to see rod marsh leaving. and if i see mitch marsh or matthew wade return to this team im gonna flip the fuck out. get james faulkner back to full fitness and get him in that test team. he's the country's best all rounder. they gave him one (away) game and he took six wickets. then they never picked him again. think about how many chances mitch marsh was given, based on nothing.
those are my thoughts, tnx.

The treatment of some of the players is appalling. To name four as definites for the next test when you've got Usman doing his job well, it's pretty unfair. He got 106 today for Qld.
Neville has also done a really good job. third highest run scorer for Aust this series and the talk your dropping him is stupid.

Lucky to get to tea today. If Smith or Renshaw fall in the first hour it's all over. Smith needs to bat the entire day and Renshaw and Marsh need to stay around for a decent time too.

these two are going alright. we are missing a little bit of stability in the tail without Starc though. if one of these two go and Maxwell doesn't do anything theyll tare through us pretty quickly. so dumb of Smith to send in Lyon as night watchmen. he's made a few dumb decisions in this test.

Australia did alright. They were in all of the tests for some time but lost a few crucial sessions. Renshaw, Handscombe, Cummins got some priceless experience and all should feature prominantly for years to come. Once again, Warner failed on challenging pitches. I agree that he is a match winner when he fires but 7 failed innings out of 8 meant a lot of the work had to be picked up elsewhere. He and Mitch Marsh were carried by the rest of the team. If Warner had gotten one other big score then it may have decided the series. Props to Maxwell for his hundred too. I still don't want him anywhere near the test team though.
Gotta feel for Usman. He keeps getting chances and he delivers most of the time but if he wasn't good enough with spin to play then why was he taken? I expect he will slot back in at the expense of SMarsh soon enough.
Wade is another waste for me. Neville does more behind the stumps and was battling well with the bat. Time to give him a decent run I think.

Damn.
Uzzy can't play spin but still could keep his place. Hazelwood injured so probably no need for a replacement quick. Either add another batsmen or give Swepson a go.
