Rick, since Pendulum was not played as the opener at FtL, it was a legal pick for Miami. The only time you can't play it consecutively is if it was played as the opener and you choose it as the opener. Then you must sit it the next show.

If you changed or want to change the rules just communicate it to us. I really don't have a strong feeling either way on the opener rule. But again, communicate the rule as you want it. I'll follow it.
