Hip-hop is also music, dude. Not all hip-hop has vocals.
Punk rock is both a musical style and also a culture, right? Same thing here.
I agree? I never said hip-hop wasn't a culture.
No, but you did refute T2B's original statement, and now you're saying the exact same thing...Unless I'm missing something?

It's pretty simple. Rap is the music. Hip hop is the culture that includes the music.
Boom.
Nope.
Yeah, because they're really isn't a separation. t2b said that rap was music and hip-hop was culture, but hip-hop is also music, and rap doesn't cover all forms of hip-hop (the music) since it implies rapping (vocals).
If I knew how to insert a gif illustrating how little sense this post makes to me, I would do it.

Been really digging on Atmosphere lately, enjoy his stuff and his general message(s).
I was gonna say that I'm not much of a rap fan, but then I started thinking on the rap music/musicians that I do enjoy, and the list is surprisingly long.
Mowbs did an old-school rap mixer a few years ago that I still enjoy to this day.
And anyone into rap with melodies and hooks really needs to check out the Hilltop Hoods. Their album from last year "Walking Under Stars" is really good.

Hip Hop (Culture) includes Hip Hop (Music) which includes both Hip Hop with Rap (Or sometimes just called Rap, but just as often called just Hip Hop) and Instrumental Hip Hop.

Exactly.
But that's just a longer version of what t2b said...

No, it's not. It's what I said.
This is a direct quote. You can look it up! Now, maybe I am inferring something that isn't being said, but I went ahead and highlighted the important part. turned2black wrote: "It's pretty simple. Rap is the music. Hip hop is the culture that includes the music."
