The board's server will undergo upgrade maintenance tonight, Nov 5, 2014, beginning approximately around 10 PM ET. Prepare for some possible down time during this process.
I started my 'Apple Music' free trial and was having a look through the PJ playlists when came across this, apparently released on iTunes in June this year:
I haven't had a chance to see how it sounds compared to the other versions we're all familiar with, but it's modestly billed as "(Remastered) [Live FM Radio Broadcast Concert In Superb Fidelity]"
It's the full show, 21 tracks (including spenno's favourites 'Banter' and 'Banter (2)') but it reeks of unofficial bootleg (or at least half-arsed 10C-style rush release).

What is that cover?
Looks very much like one of those quasi-official things to me -- though I'm sure it has to be semi-legit, as the band seems pretty anal about policing this sort of thing, and there's no way this is in the public domain yet.
Was it just available for streaming? because it's not listed in regular iTunes Canada. Maybe it's a special treat for the Aussie fans?
It seems to be available elsewhere, at least in Germany...

Is it just the collected dissident singles without the vitalogy songs and sonic reducer?
It does contain the full show (Vitalogy songs and Sonic Reducer included) but after giving it a proper listen today I've concluded it is absolute trash and not worth your time.
It's the same version that was published on Concert Vault a few years ago - has the same distortion (e.g. when the drums kick into RVM) and an incomplete version of Why Go:

I'd say it is an FM-rip that has undergone an attempted remastered by someone who didn't know what the hell they were doing
Who knows how it ended up on iTunes...
Or maybe they knew exactly what they were doing and they purposely put a shitty version of this show on iTunes hoping that PJ management will get wind of it and be like "WE HAVE TO COMBAT THIS LET'S RELEASE OUR TAPES OF THE ENTIRE SHOW."

If you poke around iTunes (via Google), this label (BKC) has a bunch of FM-sourced recordings up there. I didn't dig that deeply, but there's a Pumpkins at the Metro 1993 release that's concurrent with the label (BRR) that released the PJ ATL vinyl version linked above.
Would this release fit on one CD? I'm wondering if it's sourced from a radio station promo disc. I never was able to track down a copy, but I know 99X in Atlanta gave away a one-disc version of this show during the summer of 1994. (I went to so many 99X promo events that summer to try to win one until I found out that it was only one disc. I bought the KTS boot shortly thereafter.) I have no idea what they cut to make it fit.
In fact, it wouldn't surprise me if it were the 99X promo. Is it missing the first part of "Indifference"? During the live airing, 99X's hack-Sunday-night DJ cut the broadcast off. He realized his mistake mid-way through "Indifference", but that affected what was apparently their only recording of the show - on all subsequent re-broadcasts that year, they either left "Indifference" off or cut back in.
(EDIT: Found the 99X promo on PJ Collectors - looks like it was edited more judiciously than that.)
Separate from this release, I can't figure how the Concert Vault has any rights to it. CV was owned/started by Bill Graham Presents, and I can kind of understand if there might be some loophole as far as recordings of the shows they promoted (or some agreement buried deep in the contracts). But, as far as I remember, Atlanta '94 was promoted by Concerts/Southern (Cooley/Conlon). I didn't think BGP had anything to do with it.

At first you can't access the album from the iTunes U.S. Store. You get a message that says the album is not available and the store location needs to be changed. If you click on the link iTunes gives you (changed the store location) the album can be seen/accessed, you just can't purchase it. Don't know if this helps anyone. From the preview tracks the album sounds pretty good.
