List 'em. What do you like about 'em? What do you hate about 'em?
Loving my Thinkpad X220 and Nexus 7. The X220 has been dropped multiple times by the kids and has lived up to its Thinkpad name. The IPS screen is sublime and with some corrections it rivals the Thunderbolt display I have at work. The Nexus 7 is almost a perfect device, but the lack of an HDMI out is a real bummer. The wife will inherit this one when the next generation comes out. It's suppose to have a 1080p screen. My Nexus 4 (cell phone) still hasn't arrived after getting a shipped e-mail from Google almost 2 weeks ago.

i've just got an IdeaPad running a 2nd gen i5, but still, Lenovo makes outstanding things. I'd love to get an S3 now that they've dropped in price with the S4 out... If I can just convince my dad or brother to go on a data plan and then trade them my insured Lucid for the S3 (while paying the $50, of course).

I decided I just had to have a tablet recently for some reason. tried out a few and settled on a Galaxy Note. Its great for what it is but I dont know why I bought it. its collecting dust right now.
Also bought a Galaxy S3 phone. Lots of new features, most of which make it worse than my old S2.
ALso built a new desktop to complete the trifecta. It runs like a dream.

I have a nice PC, a nice TV and xbox and a flip phone. Thought I sometimes lust after new gadgets (i've been on the fence about tablets for 2 years now) I usually try to keep it to a minimum.

yeah i think a tablet would be fun but can't come close to justifying the $400 or $500 it costs for a really good one (ipad, surface rt, or note).
what's your new desktop run? and why do you like the s3 less than the s2?
several months back i got an Asus tablet for my wife on sale for $329. she later bought the keyboard dock for $70. she loves the thing. she's happy, i'm happy.

Google ended up cancelling my order. I think they are available now, but I'm probably just gonna get the Galaxy S4 and strip all the extra crap off of it.

the S3 has more bugs, most of the fancy eye detection stuff doesnt work, and for some reason the scrolling is usually locked in the horizontal or vertical. Can't figure it out. It has tons more options, but i liked the simplicity of my S2. Seems to get much better battery life though.
I got a intel i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40 GHz. 32 gbs of ram, solid state drive. Its not state of the art, but its a nice affordable modern workstation. the graphics card is pretty nice but not super expensive either.

I've got a 30gb solid state that I have windows 7 loaded on as well as a few other essential programs. Then a 1 Terrabyte hdd for everything else. Runs like a dream.

Yup. I do this with my "download" laptop. Keep all my torrents, music and photos on the HDD and the OS on the SSD. This set-up runs particularly well on Linux.
