its really good, but it took me a lot of time to finally come to that. Here is my explanation:
year 2000, PJ is about to release Binaural, first record with Matt on drums. As a Soundgarden fan, the notion of matt drumming with pj was brain melting for me, specially because at the time i was really hoping them to do an agressive kind of Vs record...i did loved Yield but i thought they needed to go back to basics. Binaural came out, everyone in the internet seemed to hate it and i was really blown away by it. Not in the " classic record" way but more in the " i know this is good but its really strange too" kind of way.
A few years go by, Touring band is released...at the time i didnt have lots of footage of pj live, i think the mtv unplugged and some shows from 92, 93...some stuff from 98...and PJ wasnt very popular here...not in the tv, nor my friends listened to the band. Finally my family bought a dvd player, so my next move was to buy the fuckin pj dvd. My first response wasnt that good..first of all, it look weird..not like a regular dvd....and second..not enough ten or vs or vitalogy. With time, i realized how good it was. Even if the band dont rock like in, lets say 2005, there is something special going on with them, specially with Ed and Mike.
Highlights: Breakerfall, God dice, RVM, Daughter ( its ok is amazing), Untitled, Parting Ways, Go...the band montage...the oceans video!!
in this dvd, something happens during dissident man
the two guitars have a disscussion. they really really really have a discussion
I don't know if you are being sarcastic, but I LOVE this Dissident. The video edits during the changes are perfect to.
After having so little from Pearl Jam, outside of actually being at a show or buying a record, this was and still is one of the best things they've put together.

Always dug this DVD and played it to death back in the day. I loved that three of the songs came from shows I attended. I always wished Pearl Jam would do a DVD project similar to the official bootlegs. Alas, I don't ever see this happening. I would buy the shit out of every show I attended.

That was my only complaint about TB2000, the sound is strangely muffled.

I sort of have the opposite problem. Mine is very flat and one dimensional. I've played around with my tv, which usually sounds great. Not with this one though.

I don't know what the fuck you're listening with, but the audio is 100% identical to the "gold standard" official boots. Same mix, EQ, levels and everything.
