The board's server will undergo upgrade maintenance tonight, Nov 5, 2014, beginning approximately around 10 PM ET. Prepare for some possible down time during this process.
Inspired by the recent discussion in this forum about the Self-Pollution/Monkeywrench broadcasts, JWB took it upon himself to remaster Pearl Jam's set from both shows to give us this single disc compilation.
Remastering was gentle, aiming to be consistent with the Vitalogy-Yield era, and not 'smooshed up' like the live boots.
This should now be the definitive source for these shows, so I've made some appropriate artwork to go with it.
Enjoy!

Remastering consisted of re-equalization and some very light limiting. No compression.

I just burned the disc and printed off the artwork. My wife asked what I was doing and so I started explaining, "Well, there are these guys on the Pearl Jam board who remaster bootlegs and make artwork for them..." Once it was done she said, "Oh wow, that does look professional."
I find myself returning to JWB's Soundboard Remasters Series as much as any of the official boots, and this will be no different--it sounds dynamite. Have you pretty much remastered everything worth remastering at this point, based on the sources we have? Would doing an "almost soundboard" series be worthwhile? Shows like Hartford '96 and Mansfield '98? Or is there something about the fact that they're not true soundboards that doesn't lend themselves well to this type of remaster?
Anyway, your work is appreciated, guys. I listen to these recordings often and really like having them on the shelf with nice artwork as opposed to Case Logic sleeves. Thanks to you both.

Cheers KD! Did your covers happen to print a bit more orange than they should be? I had to up the brightness by 50 to get it to print out in the deep yellow as it appears on screen (probably should've mentioned that earlier but didn't think anyone would be so prompt in printing them off )

J could probably answer that better than me, but the only other show of true soundboard quality that comes to mind is MTV Unplugged...

Thanks so much for this!!! I had the 95 set on cassette that I played the shit out of. The sound is immaculate. It also reminds me of how much I love the Jack Irons versions of Corduroy. It's the pace and drumming that is missing from versions 2000-present
