It's certainly not ideal. They need a kick up the ass, for sure.
Apart from Jeff not looking like Jeff, and Matt having a very large chin, that's pretty good.

TEAM JEFF.
Who's with me?
Can I still see Ed, Stone and Mike on weekends?

Matt can be lurking in the shadows, keeping Boom company.

Am I the only one who thinks that if Jeff really did quit (and I have no idea what happened in Baltimore and assume it was probably nothing), as long as no one else followed him Ed would convince them all to carry on? I know we all like to romantically believe that they'd never carry on without anyone else, but the Pearl Jam brand is worth so much money. They wouldn't let it die.

I think there's definitely a possibility, even probability they'd continue on if anyone besides Ed left. I don't think that would necessarily be a good idea, but I think it could definitely happen.
I just don't see anyone leaving, though. Even if they're not into it all that much, it doesn't seem like it's much of a time commitment.
