That's a pretty stupid take, bi.
He's also a loser.
Lost the popular vote twice and hasn't helped mid term candidates ever.
I was just riffing off of McP's post. I kinda felt like he was expecting it.

I do have to admit that I’m tired in advance of all the “Donald Trump wouldn’t have been the Republican nominee if he hadn’t been indicted” takes, as people memory hole the fact that he had more conservative voter support in primary polls than all other names combined going in to this week.
Is a "Trump is the biggest winner from this" take permissible?

That was genius, I was very disappointed when he walked that one back. Lockdown Ron ain't gonna cut it.

A true savant. The only person in politics who can cuck an opponent by slapping a random word next to their name.
Meatball Ron is his A Day in the Life. Twenty years from now we’ll still be trying to figure out how to match its splendor. We never will.

Are you asking because I think Meatball Ron is funny?
Nm I think I'm misunderstanding you this morning.
But anyway I do think it's likely that this benefits Trump politically even if you're right that people will overstate it and make the narrative that he was going to lose until this happened.
