harmless, can a circumcised child rise from the ashes of Mother Love Bone?
WAIT...
Is it too much to ask that from now on a circumcised foreskin be referred to as "The ashes of his Mother Love Bone"?
I would support this.
I was circumcised for purely disability related reasons, and it's fairly common and much safer for many people prone to infection. This would've been my chat up line if I'd ever had a same sex encounter.
plus the embarrassment of someone having to pull lint out of their mouth

Infants do not have the choice of whether or not they are circumsized. It is like being pushed out to sea during a category 5 hurricane, yet you have not yet learned to swim. As 100 foot waves crash on your penis, you not only lose your foreskin, but also your ability to trust. If only your parents would allow you to grow older and choose for yourself. It would not be a crushing wave, but a gentle surf to a cut or uncut Utopia.

I was circumcised as well, because I think it's just pretty common in America.
I'm pretty sure no grunge survivors rose from the ashes of my Mother Love Bone though.

I'm glad I am circumcised, insofar as I ever think about it (which is whenever these threads appear and that's it), but no way in hell I am ever making that decision once I was old enough to understand what having a knife near my penis means.
And infants don't have the ability to do anything. We give them religion, education, values. yes these things can change, but doing it poorly early on can fuck people up for the rest of their life a lot more than what is basically a pointless procedure that exists largely for aesthetic/religious purposes.

Serious question...
Are there a significant amount of people out there who were circumcised as infants who grow up and feel like they've been wronged? Or is it mostly like when people get their baby's ears pierced, and the baby doesn't grow up caring one way or another about it? I know I've never given in a second thought. Are the reasons why someone would be upset about it mostly religious?

I'm questioning my circumcision Is my circumcision who I am now? While you're deciding, I've been finding Looking around in the here and now If I've been cut from the beginning Would my fears now by winning?

I am just making a wave metaphor. I am super glad this was decided for me as a baby. No way I would go through with it as an adult. I am glad my baby brain which could not even recognize faces went through it. No shits were given. I think the anti circumcision camp is just annoyed that they cannot relate to most American porn. Or some girl or guy gave them a weird look once.

If you have different views, cool. But he's been doing this stuff since the beginning. I didn't care for the mocking of the prez after 9-11. It was insensitive at that time. I didn't vote for Bush, but it felt wrong. It was too early.
Just gotta separate his views and enjoy the music.
Btw, his idol Johnny Ramone would disagree with his stance.
