how often do you have discussion about salary concerns and career growth? who bitches most about benefits and office dynamics?
My contracts are mostly skilled labor, so for the former rarely. Sometimes I get the benefits complaints. And it's funny because I used to work for our biggest competitor, and our benefits cost and structure is pretty much the same for these contracts, yet I get far less complaints here.
I mostly have to deal with adults acting like teenagers.
