I don't think I've ever ordered from Target, WM, etc. Maybe Barnes and Noble back in the day.
Any packaging/shipment issues like with Amazon?
It's been so long I can't remember what I ordered, but I don't remember anything bad.
Come to think of it, I ordered something from Best Buy a few years ago, and it was a pretty flimsy packaging, though everything arrived undamaged. I would cross your fingers always if you're not ordering from a record store.
I tried the "mark as gift" trick with what I ordered with the gift card Amazon gave me. We'll see!

I did an order with Target once bc they had a good sale happening at the time, but I had it shipped to the store and picked them up there with no problems with physical condition. It’s a good option if you can bc you avoid the USPS, avoid porch pirates, and if anything is banged up you can return it instantly.

Whoa! Old friend of mine just posted that he did the master for the RSD reissue of a 70s Japanese blues/sludge band. Never heard of this before, but these songs are slaying me. Gonna try to grab this today.

I didn't see the Watt stuff at my shop either.
The only record I wanted was the Peppa Pig LP for my daughter, but they had sold out; and then they didn't have the Japanese record I had mentioned above. Luckily bodysnatcher scored me a Peppa.
I got The Replacements thing for Strat.
I did buy a couple non-RSD records today: John Prine's Sweet Revenge, and Patsy Cline's Showcase.
