Keep up the good work folks. My wife went on weight watchers a few years ago and lost about 40 pounds. I didn't really need to lose anything but her cooking and grocery shopping has definitely helped me stay at my current weight and I feel better after meals.
Lots of fruits, veggies, and lean protein does a body good apparently.
my mom did weight watchers two or three years ago, and it's had positive long term effects on the family diet

Yup. She's not on it anymore, but she hasn't put any weight on. It really teaches you the value of fruits, veggies, lean protein, and portion control.

Portion control has been the biggest change for me, for sure. I haven't even fallen into a regular exercise routine yet, but the lbs are falling off and I feel much better than I have in a long time.
