I might be tempted for option B if I thought they had a lot left in the vault from that period, but I personally doubt it. I don't get the impression that each record they did has a Springsteen-esque extra album's worth of material.

What about their 2003-2009 sessions? Im tempted to say that PJ is a so much interesting band that they're letting us know by their 2000 output. We know this by a degree, we've heard their Avocado demos.
I'm also not convinced that there is a tonne of leftover material that we haven't heard. Maybe a bunch of half finished songs that would require touch ups or new vocals which would kind of defeat the purpose.
