The board's server will undergo upgrade maintenance tonight, Nov 5, 2014, beginning approximately around 10 PM ET. Prepare for some possible down time during this process.

Give him time to read and throw and then try the eye test again. We already know that he can be great with the quick game, Now give him a little time and see how he is with the intermediate routes, Once they have actually had time to develop.

Flores has a knack for figuring out an offense and conjuring a game plan to absolutely demolish it, from time to time. But when the team figures out what he's doing and when they can establish a running game (as we saw against the Titans this year), it can just as easily backfire. I appreciate what he's done for the defense in some of the games, but it might not be sustainable. Anyway, he didn't do anything for the offense and was supposedly ready to move on and pick another offensive coordinator, so good riddance. A team needs a good offensive scheme too and he's shown incompetence there.

I'm only posting this here because it is an active AFC team conversation, but how do fans of AFC teams feel about the next ten years or so when you have Mahomes, Burrow, Herbert, Allen and Jackson to contend with to get to a Super Bowl?

I've seen each of those QBs shut down before, and I have faith after next year Tua will be in the same conversation as those 'ns, so I ain't scared. Also, everything changes so fast in the league; you have guys like RGIII and Wentz who were both at one time touted the next coming of Jesus, only to be considered absolute garbage after an eventful season or two. Things happen. I believe in Tua because he's making strides, improving his body and game each season, and he's been doing well enough with a lot working against him; and he has great character and leadership traits. Everything changes so fast in the league. I highly doubt all those QBs you listed will even be considered the same quality in a few years.

I can agree with most of this, except the bolded part. That seems a little ridiculous, but what do I know.

I’m a huge Fins fans and want to believe in the bolded part, but would have to see A LOT more next year to believe that. Still, I want them to keep this team together. You don’t necessarily need a Mahomes to win. The D is great, keep the mistakes to a minimum…

Yeah it's Brady, don't think the Watson stuff had broken yet in 2019.
