Nice, I did this with a one-pan-oven recipe and it turned out aces. How do you do with instapot? What liquid do you add?

unfortunately, i didn't get these going til late morning, so i slow cooked them on high... which causes the sauce to thin out. still get the flavor infused though.
Me too. We tossed our homemade tomatillo salsa on some chicken breasts in the crock pot last night and have leftovers. Just before finishing it, I covered everything with tortilla chips and cheese to give it a chilaquiles aspect.

nice, we had quite a few leftover spare ribs so just peeled the meat off..just made a ton of fresh guac..good to go soon
