After nearly 14 years of hearing my wife proclaim the greatness of Cookout, I finally tried it this weekend in VA.
Obliterated every other fast food meal I’ve ever had in terms of immediate wretch factor. Took one bite of pulled pork (like bloody wood pulp in tasteless BBQ sauce) and one sip of a “real banana” milkshake (like melted banana jolly ranchers) and threw the rest of it out.
