Zero

It's fascinating to me that this has ever happened to anyone.

I once bought a book because someone had it checked out from the library for so long, then later found out it was me that checked it out.

In all seriousness though there's no way you have two copies of Lost Dogs because you didn't know you already had one. Right?

That's some bullshit.

A similar thing happened to a friend of mine. He bought a brand new, shrink wrapped CD. Opened it. But when he played it, it was a completely different album. I'd never seen anything like it.

In college I bought a copy of Led Zeppelin 2 from the thrift store, but when I got home the Star Wars soundtrack was inside. Wasn’t even mad about it

Rough Trade moved from Williamsburg to 30Rock.

Still, I took the ferry and bought some records today. I feel great!

I am not a vinyl aficionado. I have an entry-level Audio Technica turntable and only about 50 albums in my collection. But today I saw a turntable that I fell completely in love with. It's called a "Pear Audio Blue" and I want it and today I came very close to making an absurdly irresponsible and unjustifiable purchase. But I came to my senses

Ok, that makes sense.

I balked at the newest Nick Cave box set this week; I'm not even sure if there's been a proper U.S. presale yet, but the EU presales make it equal to about $200.

I mean I didn't really come close to buying it but I did sort of pause for a moment like "do I dare...?"

I mean maybe a human ear with legs could hear a difference, but anything between 300-600$ is totally fine!

Unless you’re George
