Should I worry about a popping on the side of my foot this morning? No pain or limits to my range of motion. Just a little cracking sensation near the lateral heel and ankle when I rotate. Same feeling I get when I pop my knuckles.
Slightly worried it's a symptom of running too much too soon while transitioning to low drop shoes, but they feel so natural otherwise so who knows.

^well the popping stopped and no inflammation so I went for a slow run on a trail to give my ankles a workout. Took it nice and easy and everything feels fine so I'm guessing this is just me getting old.

past few months been having issues with it. not incredible amounts of pain but very limited mobility bending my right leg. cant even tee up a golfball like i do normally so i use my left hand instead
initially i thought it was due to the ablation i had but my doctor said if they hit a nerve it would only last for maybe a month or two. this has been going on since march-ish.
when to the chiropractor today thinking maybe i had a bulging disc or something but he ruled that out and gave me a list of stretches to do
its hell getting old but it beats the alternative

Going on day 5 of a pretty gnarly shoulder and rib beat down from a trip while running in the dark. Shoulder initially hurt more than my ribs, but now I'm getting mobility back in the shoulder but having a real bad time with my chest. Basically I'm sore every time I do any sort of chest compression, especially when trying to get up out of bed or a chair. I don't think anything is terribly wrong -- I think I'm just getting older and more brittle. I do run to stay fit, but maybe it's time to do some upper body workouts throughout the week?

My forearms are always sore, but only noticeable when I’m lifting something heavy enough. I’ve been telling myself it’s from carrying around my 35 pound 3 year old (she’s going through a phase), but I’m starting to worry it’s arthritis or something.
