I like this. I've actually been waiting til later in the morning lately, around 10 or 11 and noon if it's a good day, for my coffee. It is better. It's good to drink water and tea first thing.
How's this going? What teas have you tried and fallen in love with so far?
I am partial to Restful Sleep by Yogi, and Honey, Apple & Cinnamon by Vonbee. The former is a true tea and the latter is a weird hybrid that can be used as a spread as well. Trying to stay caffeine free after noon.

oh weird, it's like jam you can dissolve in hot water?

Yes, it makes something akin to an alcohol free mulled apple hot drink. Little bits of apple in it are surprisingly really nice. My gf loves that one you showed. I like the apple version, not a ginger fan.

I could get down with some apple & cinnamon tea.
Does tea like this actually work as a sedative and make you sleepy, or is it just about a lack of excess caffeine to give your heart rate a rest?

The Yogi tea is possibly relaxing. I can be pretty high strung so hard to say for sure but it is a nice caffeine and alcohol free alternative for me, especially at night. It sips really nicely. Most importantly, it is not herbal-ly in taste.

-Cutting way back on alcohol, i.e. only drinking socially...haven't had a drink yet this year -Removing as much of the internet from my life as I can...been off all social media since last summer, phone goes on charger after work -Getting to bed before 10, reading more...so far so good -Read complete works of Tim O'Brien...one down (Northern Lights) -Learn to play the mandolin I bought 6 years ago...haven't opened the case yet...why rush it
Y'all who have been cutting back on the booze, have you tried Heineken 0.0%? It tastes just like beer! Very refreshing after a workout/yardwork.
Haven't tried that yet, but there's a brewery near Milwaukee that makes a NA juicy IPA that tastes almost as good as the real thing. Been trying to track down some of Athletic Brewing's NA stuff too.
