air fryers work because they take advantage of convection and better air circulation (which you can't get on a sheet pan) within a smaller, confined space. that's how it simulates frying. otherwise you're ... checks notes ... roasting.

Siri, what do you call it when you fry something without oil? Cooking with very hot air...

I'm not spending $270 on a set of steak knives. By all accounts that is unnecessary.

That on a nice butcher knife yes but not steak knives.

sorry, i just saw this..funny enough numbers up posted good ones but i have to say i love Victorinox and they're not expensive...they also make the best paring and boning knives for the price

and regarding the cutco ones: one of our friends sons first job was selling cutco knives while he was in college..we bought that set of 4 to help him out about 10 years ago..they are worth it
