I seem to recall around this time PJ were planning to release 'Last Kiss' as a download-only but the record execs shit their pants at the precedent and instead said 'release it as a CD and we'll donate all the money to Kosovo'

The record company wanted it on Binaural as well. Binaural does what, maybe double the sales if it's on there?

The thought of Last Kiss staining Binaural makes Bammer angry.

Not sure if anyone has referenced this yet but Ed was on Lily Cornell Silver's Instagram show about mental health the other day. For my money, it's the clearest look at him as a real guy that I've ever seen. He's not nearly as measured or guarded as he seemingly always is. Good shit.

She was great in Black Mirror but everything else she does is just-

It’s just puke.

Yep, it started well enough but she ended up butchering it, missing the simplicity. Pearl Jam and specifically Vedder is tough to get near so fair play to her. I went back and listened to the original and ACL during my daily run. Jeff and Boom, two thumbs fresh. It’s a lovely song.

She is truly an awful singer. All overwrought articulation and country-nasal-twang. Like, listen to the lovely, languid pipes of Dolly Parton, then listen to Miley. It's like a robot's idea of how to sing like a country star.
