Went with the large! Overall room, plus the EGGspander doesn’t fit in the medium, and that optionality seems clutch. Should have it by end of the coming week.

My first cut was a brisket. It turned out about a B. I wrapped it too far into the stall.

Yes. Good memory. That was also a problem. I was cooking for 2 1/2 people and a full one would’ve been thrown away.

I haven’t, but that sounds tempting and right up my alley.

Thinking of doing a couple of racks of spare ribs and some sausage tomorrow.

Getting a late start here, but I'm about to start a flame and put a pork shoulder on. I plan to eat around 10-11pm Houston time.

Everyone in the house is asleep. More hickory just went on. It's a dry 75 degrees outside, and the baby's backyard play tent is still set up from earlier. I might set my watch and take a nap in there shortly.

My Egg dude runs a little shop and is doing the delivery himself with his truck. I have a feeling he’s going to cancel since it’s still raining. I also feel like I’m going to cancel the delivery and pick the darn thing up myself.

4 wheel. Think I can get the large up a flight of stairs on my own?
