Both. Tbh, I love routine, and oatmeal is easy to make, and there are lots of health benefits, fiber being one of them.
same...i've been making it with water instead of milk lately, but adding a bit of honey...and a little salt
i have some of that peanut butter powder stuff, blanking on the name, that's the less fatty/calorie-ridden version...i haven't used it with anything yet, but i think i'd be good in oatmeal

Are you talking about PB2? Yeah, I’ve used it in oatmeal before, and now I’m like...pb2, honey and salt...like honey roasted peanuts.
