first time?
kind of. first time watching from start to finish. I watched episodes here and there when it aired on tv.
I think I love it more than the office. I know..they're basically the same show.
I do think it's really eerie that Ron Swanson has a remote that opens and closes his office door, ala matt lauer, and the nbc exec (?) who also had one, considering it aired on that network. like, is that a thing at nbc only?
i definitely like it more than the office...what season are you on?
Season 5.

How do you get HBO Max? It isn't available on Roku or fire
They grandfather in everyone who had HBOGo, but they are in a battle with Roku and Amazon over profit sharing, so us Roku users are SOL for now. I tried to use it on my PS4, and the lag was godawful, all sorts of blocky buffering.
FWIW, I didn't find their movie selection to be vastly superior than HBOGo, and I've got no interest in Friends reruns.

Lord, the writing and acting in this show are awful... but somehow the plot is still just interesting enough.

Feels a bit low rent, but we’re sticking with it. The Ruby Ridge stuff was very accurate, to my understanding. Surprising cast.
It is low rent but i think its actually pretty fucking good. I do love that they tied in the ruby ridge stuff because thats a lot of information generally unknown yet super related.
The low rent stuff kind of adds to the early 90's vibe of it anyway.
