I live 10 minutes from the middle of downtown Portland, have yet to see anything.

It was around the sheriff's office in the east. It got shut down pretty quick. The cops jumped on them harder.

Interesting. Southeast or Northeast I wonder? SE had been white/educated for so long now, but NE is still riding the tail end of the gentrification wave.
