i had thighs last night too. i used a spice rub of coriander, cumin, cardamon, cayenne, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, minced garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil and let them marinate for at least 12 hours. had it with a side of pearl couscous. so good.

Made one of my favorite take-out dishes last night: Salt & Pepper Shrimp! It was so good, had that same flavor from the restaurant.
