The board's server will undergo upgrade maintenance tonight, Nov 5, 2014, beginning approximately around 10 PM ET. Prepare for some possible down time during this process.
If Fable finally delivers on the original vision of what the franchise was supposed to be, we're talking GotY quality, easy. I loved the trilogy, but the games underdelivered on their own hype.

Microsoft released revenue today and Xbox is rolling in money because of PC and GamePass. Maybe the rumors of Live going free make sense to get more people to buy consoles and Game Pass subs.
Also this tweet makes me wonder if release of the new console is even earlier than November.

As much as I would love to see it, I doubt the console releases will be before November. My wallet is ready though and I'd happily support. Was also relieved to hear last week that PS5 is in mass production (always a good sign to verify the late 2020 release time frame)--Sony's reportedly doubled production in anticipation of higher than previously expected demand.
I would love to see the stats across the board for how this pandemic has affected gaming habits. I know I've had more time to play. Can't imagine what my 20 year old self would do with this much time at home.
Pretty good showing! A good mixture of genres and art styles.
The Fable tease makes it seem pretty far off. Halo was probably the least visually interesting game shown if I'm being honest. I'm sure it will be rock solid in the gameplay department, but the character models and textures looked current gen.

Ok so I'm glad I wasn't the only one who felt Halo was completely underwhelming. Looked (and sounded) easily like a current gen game, though frame rate appeared to be buttery smooth.

The stream quality was poor. The 4k video of the gameplay looks way better.
I loved how Halo looked. It was old school Halo vibes but modern additions they desperately need.
Game Pass is the best deal in gaming, and its clear getting people into that is all MS cares about. The fact that every one of those games is going to Game Pass is nuts.
One of my favorite things about these "conferences" is all the conversations around what is actually a console exclusive, launch exclusive, or multiplatform. State of Decay 3 is in "early pre-production". Why even show it?

Microsoft gets railed for not having exclusives, so they wanted to show what’s coming. If they didn’t, people would continue to say they don’t have any games coming. Its a damned if you do, damned if you don’t situation.

Oh, I get it. Sony has done the same thing with many of their exclusives. Dreams was shown in 2013 but didn't come out until this year. Adding further to the confusion...
