I don't think I've ever seen Revenge of the Nerds, either. I feel deprived.

Perusing Wikipedia I got to Woody Allen's Celebrity page:

Quote:
Neil Norman of London Evening Standard noted that "many scenes, and indeed personalities, lack the credence of similar shots in Annie Hall, Manhattan or even Stardust Memories. Judy Davis's doorstepping television interviews in the Jean-Georges restaurant where she encounters several well-heeled New Yorkers, including Donald Trump (who is planning to buy St Patrick's Cathedral and knock it down) are frankly risible; a rehearsal scene in the Ziegfeld Theatre where [Winona Ryder]is being coached in the art of seducing a woman (gasp!) smacks of old-fashioned prurience. Fashion designer Isaac Mizrahi's turn as a lionised New York artist complaining at his opening at the Serge Sorokko Gallery in SoHo that fame will ruin him, is simply banal. Even the opening shot, of a film crew on the streets attempting to catch a reaction shot of Melanie Griffith' walking from a limo, is peopled with a veteran film-maker's notion of what young hip film-makers are like (shavenheaded, natch) rather than an identifiable reality."

Probably found it pretty easy to get in to character for that one.

Why does Ryan Reynolds continually, almost obsessively; lampoon and apologize for Green Lantern. He's made tons of shitty movies why that one? That and the Hugh Jackman stalking. We get it....find a new schtick.

I’m not sure there’s a movie that made better narrative use of its own soundtrack than Pump Up The Volume.

I’ve never seen the transformers animated movie til just now.
Eric idle Leonard Nimoy and Orson Welles all do voices in it.

There ya go.

I don't think I knew Nolan directed Dunkirk.

Dunkirk sucked.

I thought it was mixed. Amazing visuals. Bold choices with the audio. The civilian guy piloting his little boat to lend a hand was one of the more compelling characters Nolan has ever put forth. But it’s funny that he couldn’t make me care one lick about any of the soldiers. His cerebral coldness is a double edged sword.

God I hated Dunkirk, all of Nolan's worst tendencies on full display. Consequently there's no big zeitgeist event movie I've been less excited to see than Tenet
