Tough cuts of meat like loin; lamb; also firmer fish like monk or sword. Hearty veg like asparagus or carrots.
You’ll still want to sear your things after to get some char on them
Fun once in a while but don’t expect to revolutionize your cooking. They ruin more delicate fish, and just can’t beat some of the other classic recipes.
