Agreed

Also wish I could get a pack of 4 hamburger buns. Big Hamburger Bun trying to convince people to have kids.

Get rolls at the bakery and make badass burgers.

discovered tonight that the grocery carries 4-pack brioche buns from the local bakery. f'ing delicious.

Have you guys tried the "brioche" bread slices?

Heck yeah, they’re great. There’s a Seattle co that does a sliced brioche that we can get here in MT. And then a local co does the brioche buns.

Brioche is fine for french toast (still not my favorite, but it works). But that's about all I'll allow.

Nah. We’re limited on bread. Wife is gluten-intolerant, so we only get bread on special occasions for specific things we cook. She can handle sourdough to an extent. And I rarely buy a whole separate loaf for myself bc I simply can’t get through that much bread in a few days.

Yeah. I agree. As much as I love bacon, I don’t dig it in mac ‘n’ cheese. Not a fan of meat in it at all.

How do you expect doug to respond to your question when the thread is locked?
