Making a space suitable for the composition of music is always difficult if the room is doubling for something else. But if you’re able to make it solely for that purpose, then why hold back?
Because its the bedroom you and your lovely family are gonna have to sleep in when you visit. its also my office.
Ah. Well there are both attractive sound panels out there, or you could just DIY some cheaper ones with material from Michael’s.
I don't expect any small business owner to feign happiness about their livelihoods getting trashed, although it's unclear to me if this guy had a pedal shop directly impacted. You do probably just have to STFU though.

Sweetwater's bible-thumping, Trump-supporting CEO is also being called out.
Turns out this is actually false though.
He responded to a customer email about it and stated that he donated money to some ...thing? But the governor forwarded those contributions to trump without his consent.
Sweetwater put out a statement about everything going on. But by all reasonable accounts, the owner is absolutely not a trump supporter

FENDER APPEARS TO HAVE DISMISSED CUSTOM SHOP MASTER BUILDER JOHN CRUZ OVER CONTROVERSIAL FACEBOOK POST
Fender appears to have cut ties with long-time Custom Shop Master Builder John Cruz over an alleged, controversial Facebook post that he made concerning the protests in the US.
The luthier’s name has been removed from the Meet The Builders section of the Fender Custom Shop website. Although Fender has confirmed to Guitar.com that Cruz is no longer with the company, it declined to comment further as “a matter of company policy”.
Big news also on my end, as I recently sold my Marshall Bluesbreaker (my only amp for about sixteen years or so) and have very happily replaced it with a Fender '68 Custom Vibrolux Reverb:
