to be honest the idea of watching any video from a person that isn't a how-to-fix thing on YT makes my skin itchy and even those are rough. I won't even watch a trailer unless it's from the studio's official page.

So, for all you Marvel fans out there, how many official Avengers are there? Like, how many are on the official roster?
That’s a question that doesn’t really have an answer.
In the comics, there were only five founding members. Then four for an issue. Then Captain America showed up and they were back up to five for a while. Then a lineup shuffle and “Cap’s Kooky Quartet” had them back down to four. Then up to six with Goliath and the Wasp rejoining. After that six to seven was the usual number and at one point seven was the official number. But by that point there were active and reserve members so the total tally could’ve up into the 20s, 30s or even 40s. Or maybe even more. At this point in time most Marvel heroes have been a member at some point. Including a lot of X-Men characters. I stopped reading quite a bit before that, tho, so I couldn’t name all of whom has been a member.
