i just mixed some sambal oelek with honey and slathered it on a seasoned ground beef patty (picture a giant flat meatball) over jasmine rice and oh my yosh it's so good

I made some Toum the other day (this insanely addictive Lebanese garlic paste) and much to my girlfriend's chagrin I've been putting it on a lot of things.
For those of you who are Curb fans: the Palestinian Chicken episode is based on a real restaurant in LA that is famous for slathering their chicken in Toum.
