Speaking about those Instant Pots, we had a patient come in about a month ago and hers exploded. She has third degree burns all over her neck, chest and arms. One of the worst things I’ve seen in the office.

Pressure cookers were a thing here long ago. My gran used one. Basically throw a ham in and lock the top and it boils it but way faster but they often exploded too. You don’t see them anymore

we were at a friends house for dinner a few nights ago and she had one of those electric salt and pepper grinders..I had never used one before..about to pull the trigger for one on amazon..

This bump (and thread) reminds me that we threw out our dingy old toaster in the move and I still need a new one. Hard to believe we've been two weeks in the house and I haven't had a need for a toaster yet.
