I like Let the Records Play about as much as 1/2 Full, and I was expecting a live performance to further elevate it like it does for 1/2 Full. And while Mike does great work in this version, Eddie's performance feels a bit flatter - it loses some of the 3 AM devil may care playfulness of the studio. It was a good version, but it didn't make me like the song more.

That was a great version of oceans, which is a song that has always translated well live. I wish this was from an era where Eddie could hit the high notes, though. Going from 'ohhhh' to 'heee' has always bothered me a bit. Surely there is a version out there that has the depth of this performance with the added value of nailing the full vocal range.

Anyway, vote for Oceans

Surprised how good that Oceans was considering it's from 2006. I was expecting it to be early PJ.
