That guy is hilarious. The first dad comes in with a legit complaint, is angry, is tough, and articulates his grievance clearly. He puts the fear of god in the guy without ever going over the line, but you can tell that is only because he knows where the line is, having made the choice to cross it many times before (and he may just choose to do so again any second). The second guy just comes in all reckless, "I'm a dad, too. You're a brony or whatever. We're gonna beat your ass."
I also love the idea of this dollar store cashier being a local celebrity. Everyone involved in the story, dad 1, random dad 2, the daughters, the manager, all know what to expect from the dude. It's a fascinating clip
