Well he's submitting a public update on Flynn to the court tomorrow, and another public doc on Manafort on Friday. I'd be surprised if he indicted anyone else while the court was weighing these two matters, but who knows? i'm no attorney, just cobbling together a reasonable outlook from smarter people on twitter

no one is smarter than the idea i just came up with a few minutes ago in between teasing whoever is currently operating the Lenny account and re-wording VinylGuy's boring-ass post about his day to read like a perverted romp in jhizzland

yeah it's still scheduled for today. I think it's just a memo to the court that will detail Flynn's doings as a precedent for Mueller's sentencing recommendation.

So it's weird that Federal employees get the day off tomorrow, right? Like, I don't remember this happening for Reagan or Nixon or Ford.
Also, since I just checked Wikipedia, it's amazing that Johnson died in 1973 and then no other president died until Nixon in 1994.
Quote:
40th President Ronald Reagan (died June 5, 2004) 2 years, 204 days before 38th President Gerald Ford (died December 26, 2006)Died before 39th President Jimmy Carter, who is still living 41st President George H.W. Bush (died November 30, 2018) Died before 39th President Jimmy Carter, who is still living

So it's either Clinton or Carter next.
Carter's a healthy 94, but I can't see him outliving Clinton.

Meanwhile, overheard in Mueller’s office:
“‘Do I want to update my file transfer software?’ Why is it asking me that? Where’s the cancel? There isn’t a cancel. Oh, great, now it doesn’t remember my password. **I** don’t remember my password! Shit. What time is it? Hey does anybody know how I reset my password? My password. Just a regular help ticket? No I’ve never had to before.”

Actually Trump could be next, not likely before Carter but you never know. But I'd say he has the best chance of being next after Carter. He's a month older than W. and two months older than Clinton. (Pretty weird the three of them were all born in the summer of 1946). Anyway of those three he seems most likely to have health issues bc he doesn't take care of himself as well as the others.

Clinton, W, and Trump are all the same age. It is Carter or Trump next

Flynn's sentencing memo has been submitted. Abramson's big takeaway is that because Mueller suggested no jail time for Flynn, that means Flynn likely provided a LOT of helpful info. Many redactions throughout, often whole paragraphs, suggest lots of indictments or other revelations to come.

starting to think Flynn made the deal of a lifetime (and his son is an idiot for so frequently attacking the investigation and the deal his dad got).
