Have they ever played Baltimore before? I know Eddie did. 14,000 seats here I think. Smaller venue, tighter sound.
I checked when they announced the tour and I couldn't find any evidence of it, but considering how heavily they toured the east coast in late 1991, I would not be surprised if they had and we just lost info about it

Pleasantly surprised this one is sold out quickly while so many other shows did not. Hopefully being their first show in Baltimore it won't be (as PJEV2003 used to say) a "punt" even though it's on a Sunday night.

This is the 5th one I'll be at and the one I'm most intrigued by as its somewhere they've never played has a good shot of being a great one (though it good be a very generic set as well)

I've only seen Green Day and Rush in this place, back in 1995 and 2002, but its definitely a pretty cool venue. Its nice to see them bypass DC area venues for Balmer and UVA.

I haven't' been to a show there since NIN back in 1995, is this the standard stage config? (Picture is a link from aviewfrommyseat)
It looks like a significant amount of obstructed/side view seats even though stubhub shows something different. Or is it mroe like this:

Its been over a decade since I've been there, back when it was called Baltimore Arena, so I can't attest to the stage seating, but I expect a pretty cool gig.

Tickets brokers rip you off, I live in Baltimore Maryland and bought tickets for the 1st mariner arena show through Ticketmaster, I was lucky to get 2 tickets though their not the best seats, their in the same venue as Eddie and the rest of Pearl Jam, being in the same building with the band and hearing them rock out is just fine by me, I can't go to the show unfortunately which sucks, oh well so I'm trying to get rid of my two tickets which need to be printed out online, as a nice human in general I don't want to rip anyone off, and since stub hub is selling one ticket for over 200 dollars which is crazy, I'm figure being a die hard pearl jam fan I selling then for under face value, I paid 80 each and all I'm looking for is 130 dollars for both of the tickets, not 130 each 130 for 2 tickets.Pearl jam is one of the best bands on this god given earth and they sell out their shows so quick so why make people pay so much to see the PJ. Send me an email @ anguscole76@gmail.com if your interested, and if I'm not aloud to sell tickets on this forum please delete my post for forward my post to another section of the forum, thanks and have a great afternoon.

Undercut the stubhub sellers. You would drive down prices for everyone else by selling at face.
I'm torn on what to expect for this one. It's the most intimate venue on tour so it could be a different / special show. On the other hand, being that this is the first time that PJ played Baltimore, it could turn out to be a greatest hits set. It's strange to have expectations on the opposite ends of the spectrum.

Yeah, like the Charlottesville show it's just kinda sitting there. BUt I wouldn't worry about being bored. So far none of them have been greatest hits sets, which isn't even a bad thing given just how much ass the band has been kicking this tour.
