That's a tricky question. I think Strange Mercy is pretty universally regarded as her best album. So, maybe start with that one? But if you really want more stuff like Slow Disco, I'd say start with her first record, Marry Me.

yeah, i was thinking the same. Its going to be so cool to have this version. When Masseduction came out i thought about these piano versions for a long time because Annie was kinda playing them live. I want to hear New York, Pills and Los Ageless now.

Super bummed I couldn’t be in LA for her one-off show with the pianist. I think it was last night.
Very excited to hear this version of the album. Los Ageless piano version will have a long way to go to beat the solo acoustic guitar version we saw her do earlier this year.

im not sure she plays guitar in this version of these songs.
Yeah I figured this is gonna be just piano & her vox. Although did I hear some strings overdub on Slow Slow Disco?
Anyway, saw her do a 5 song solo acoustic set on guitar & it was sublime. Obviously. I think you can watch a similar performance on the KEXP in-studio video.
I couldn't tell whether or not she was plucking strings (guitar) at the start of Savior or if that was a piano/keys. Either way, there are some layers. I don't think it's just limited to piano and vox. Could be wrong, she's always doing strange things with standard instruments. But it sounds like more than that to me.

Watching her show at the fillmore in detroit just because im really exited about this release.
I remember feeling kinda bummed out when the album came because she initially recorded them just with a piano. And now we are about to listen to those arrangements as well. Thank you god.
