I’d like to add this before this thread gets swallowed up by irrelevancy or until MJD listens to the boot and hates something: I got to watch the majority of this show with our own Stickman, and it just reaffirmed why I still fritter away time here. This is a small community of good people. I can honestly say I enjoyed listening to him talk about how Pearl Jam literally changed his life by influencing him to move across country as much as I enjoyed the show itself. I hope all of you going to Missoula do really make the effort you’ve been talking about. It will absolutely enhance your concert and RM experience.
Really wish my plane had landed on time so I could have met Bammer and revisited Bi_3.
DT is good people. I'd hang with him any day.

It was easy. Lots of anxiety around it until it came time to actually do it and it was smooth both times. I didn't hear of anyone having trouble.
Sounds like my first threesome.

Fuck i love Missing. They should record this one for the new album.
I listened to one of the TOTD versions and Ed did surprisingly well given the song is much better structured for Chris’ voice. I also applaud them for saving the Soundgarden tribute and self congratulatory grunge fest for night two despite the expectation they would be all over it night one. Better for the cause.

Yesterday on the bus on the way to work, I glanced over at the lot where the Seattle merch stand was as we went by, and saw a lone dude standing there. There’s nothing else in the lot now other than weeds and gravel. Kinda curious if he was a lost PJ fan, thinking he’d be first in line when the merch tent came back

In my quick read of this I thought said “tambourine sinking into the soft putrid earth” and I was like, no way that guy does not go down with it (would obviously still request betterman)

played golf with my buddy who was able to find last row tickets a few hours before the show. we hadn't talked since then, but his succinct review yesterday was:
