Seriously how are more people not listening to this band? Full record hasn't even been released yet and based on 3 songs it's a genuine AOTY contender for me. If you like slow plodding dirges and ethereal/shoegazey vocals and guitars then listen to this shit:
My band recorded some tunes earlier this year and we’ve got an album coming out in a few weeks. I suck at genres but we fall somewhere in the sludge/doom camp with maybe some groove elements as well. It’s kind of a mixed bag honestly. There’s another thread on the band in the Release sub-forum.

Didn’t they only do one album with him though?
Both of those are good. Behemoth’s is different for them but the singles they put out are a lot weaker than the album tracks. High on Fire is High on Fire, shit bangs

I Loved You at Your Darkest is kind of boring. “God = Dog” and “Sabbath Mater” are the only songs I can see myself returning to. By the last few tracks, I found myself thinking, “Is this thing still going?”
I feel like this is Gojira’a L’enfant sauvage and Septicflesh’s Codex Omega all over again - a metal band whose last few albums I absolutely love who then releases a new record that sounds recognizably like their previous output but without all the memorable songs and musical touches that made me love that stuff. Too bad.
