I haven’t run in two weeks. Probably the longest I have gone without an injury in years. I’ll be back on the road soon though hoping to train for a half in November.
So should I try and make up 19 tomorrow instead of the scheduled 10 and then hit 20 on Sunday or just write of the poop aborted long run from Sunday entirely? 19 would be a distance PR for me.

I’m no expert, but I feel like you never skip the long run.
