how do you feel about rhode island clear broth chowder?
I get the chowdah in southern Maine. I haven’t had the broth clear, it agree that the thinner broth with a high ratio of clams to potatoes is my preferred method. My favorite thus far is at the Lobster Shack in Ogunquit, ME (Perkins Cove). Their lobster rolls are the best I have had in that area as well.

Take all this bullshit to the All Forms Of Clam Chowder Are Fucking Disgusting thread and get back to the PRAMG’ing point here which is to re-package everyday beverage items with a PJ logo and sell for 8.3x the price on Ebay.

My favorite chowder is actually a seafood chowder from Burke's Seafood on Billings Road in Quincy MA. Cream based broth but water thin, full of deliciousness.

My mom makes a clear broth chowder but we always added a splash of cream to our bowls to make a sort of new england/rhode island hybrid chowder. It's delicious.

Just got it today. Will try some tonight, possibly. As stated in the link in the OP which is easily accessible, it is from Heritage Distilling in Gig Harbor, WA.
