Steve Albini, Bob Weston, and Todd Trainer since day 1. Bob is also an engineer (he focuses on mastering), and he and Steve do not only the engineering/mixing/mastering, but also the build and wiring of their custom amps and gear (Bob also works as "tape manipulator" for Mission of Burma, filling the role of founder Martin Swope).
Bob & Steve play aluminum neck Travis Bean guitars, and split vocal duties roughly 85% Steve / 15% Bob.
And then drummer Todd Trainer brings a sparse and idiosyncratic take to his instrument, when he's not performing solo as bricklayercake.

New PJ album? - "I wish I had an answer. We've written a tonne and it's a matter of sorting it. Unfortunately we have shows.... We have song forms."
I wonder if that means "we have instrumental tracks 95% complete, just need vox and final touches," or more like "We've demo'd a ton of songs, now we need to actually track them."
