Okay, so the song & video is laughably bad. But I still think Baby Driver is an okay, enjoyable enough movie.

I like Baby Driver, Ansel Elgort, and Ansel Elgort's songs.

I had an experience as a kid working in AOL...that was office space. Incredible.

"The Vault" with Franco. Never heard of it and i think Franco probably only had to show up for a half day of shooting but for some reason I enjoyed the movie.

"Two estranged sisters are forced to rob a bank in order to save their brother. The heist begins smoothly, but mayhem ensues when the defiant bank manager sends them to a basement-level vault--home to something truly evil."

I wouldnt gush about it to strangers or anything but i thought it was rather unique, sometimes awful, yet something that felt a little different? A couple good shots, fun little story, not the greatest execution.

Movies on airplanes this week:

Daddy's Home 2: A fair bit funnier than the original. Mel was a great addition.

The Disaster Artist: This was fine, but nowhere near as great as the press would have me believe. The core story -- that of underdogs with a Hollywood dream and a level of self-delusion that is comedically absurd -- was told with much more heart and cinematic flair in Boogie Nights. Basically the trailer told me the entire film, and I gained nothing else by watching the full-length feature.

Downsizing: Just so, so bad. How did this even get released?

Daddy's Home 2 > The Disaster Artist > Downsizing

Would this one be ok for my relatively conservative in-laws who are visiting this weekend? Brief nudity and some foul language would be fine, but over-the-top raunchiness would not be.
