The board's server will undergo upgrade maintenance tonight, Nov 5, 2014, beginning approximately around 10 PM ET. Prepare for some possible down time during this process.
I got this on deck for the train ride into work today.
Equally fascinating, insightful, and goddamn infuriating.
Yes. How is he in that position and how can those actions still be unresolved? Infuriating in the extreme.
I know a lot of Washington is now and has always been corrupt. But this administration has taken it to a level I never thought I'd actually live to see. It's just... beyond.

It's how the 40 somethings react to this moment that will be interesting. The teens and 20s won't have a real say for a decade or more however much influence they can muster.

"In the Dark" returned today with the first two episodes of Season 2. This was the true-crime podcast that dealt with the disappearance of Jacob Wetterling in Season 1. This season is about a case I've never heard of, so excited to jump in.

I'm getting really into Maltin on Movies. The Maltins (Leonard and his daughter) do a good job of giving their guests a wide berth to talk; they interject their questions briefly and succinctly and then just sit back.

I have a full membership and have gone through a few. I picked up a few interesting tidbits here and there, but most of the advice I could have gotten from a book. The critiques of student works are useful though.
These people are so wildly successful and successful for so long that I'm not sure much of their experience is applicable to modern day.
